    Originally licensed as a REALTOR® in 1998, Sean Carpenter is the former Agent Development Director for the Ohio NRT companies. Sean is an active Realtor in Central Ohio and consults and coaches with the top agents and teams with Coldwell Banker Realty in Columbus and Cincinnati. Sean is a highly regarded speaker who presents at real estate events and conferences across North America. His most popular sessions focus on creating memorable customer experiences, maximizing social and digital media, as well as business planning, leadership, and sales.

    Previously recognized by Inman News as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate, Sean was named as one of the “Top 20 Most Influential People in Social Media for the real estate industry” by The Swanepoel Report for the third year in a row.

    Addie Owens, CRS, is the CEO and Broker-Owner of Touchstone Real Estate Group, Inc., based in Mount Dora, Florida. With a career that began in 2005 as a real estate appraiser, she has since become a top-producing Realtor®, licensed instructor, and nationally recognized speaker. Addie leads Touchstone Real Estate Schools and Touchstone Referral Company, and she is the founder of the Touchstone Community First Foundation, which supports housing initiatives and trade school students.

    In 2025, Addie was elected as the 2026 First Vice President of the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), where she has previously served as Florida RRC President, National Director, and faculty member. Her leadership extends to the National Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors®, and numerous local boards, with a focus on professional development and legislative affairs.

With years of experience in the real estate industry, she now partners with teams and brokerages to streamline systems, strengthen leadership, and leaders for long term success.

    She is also writing a memoir rooted in her personal transformation and designed to guide women through seasons of breaking and becoming. Her mission: to help others step boldly into who they’re called to be.

  • Jeffrey Chalmers

    Over the course of a distinguished 35-year career in real estate, Jeff has built expertise across sales, finance, and title/legal—experience that has helped more than 15,000 homeowners close on over $5 billion in residential real estate. A true tech enthusiast, he’s passionate about “building a better mousetrap,” combining today’s rapidly evolving technology with timeless, uncompromising customer service to create streamlined systems that simplify the sales, lending, and closing journey for clients.

    In addition to his success in real estate and technology, Jeff is an International Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. He is a five-time Inman Ambassador—the only mortgage loan originator in the nation to earn that recognition—and has served as the Women’s Council of Realtors’ Director of Communications & Technology for both Region 5 (New England) and Region 6 (Mid-Atlantic), making him the only professional to ever hold dual regional positions.

    Outside the industry, Jeff’s proudest title is father. He is deeply devoted to his two remarkable sons—one Autistic and the other formerly diagnosed with extreme ADHD—who are his world. For fun, he has spent years coaching youth baseball, track, and football, from small-town teams to nationally ranked semi-professional programs.
